James Street, Selsey. This project involved the full strip out and redesign of an existing property. The redesign involved a completely new roof with new double storey extension to one side, a new extension above the garage and also a new floating balcony to the rear overlooking the sea. This maximised the properties potential with the idea of upside down living, the kitchen was on the first floor which makes the most of the spectacular views out over the sea. The landscaping was also designed and carried out by Living Space Design and Living Builders working in partnership
