Extension across the entire rear of the property combined with new front porch. Complete renovation of a property in Selsey, involved major about changes in order to connect the house to the garden. A combination of patio and bifold doors span across the rear elevation which is clad in vertical cedar battens. The entire ground floor was retrofitted with underfloor heating bringing new efficiencies to the property. The slabs from the original patio were saved and relayed as part of the landscaping which is testament to Living Space Designs commitment to using reclaimed materials where possible, saving cost while also reducing the environmental impact of a project.
